Tender description

Contract Description: Scope of works involve - The existing site is an operational nursery and community centre. Internal and external alterations to the Elgin Centre. Internally, taking down existing partition to create new open internal space with new flooring, ceiling, and doors with associated mechanical and electrical alterations. Externally installation of new fencing and footpath. Contractor to include for all skips and scaffolding if applicable. All works to be priced in accordance with the documents issued.
