Kingston upon Hull City Council is advertising an opportunity from the Council’s Engineering and Professional Services framework using the Direct award via rotation with Lot 5 Quantitative and Qualitative Project Output Analysis to design and deliver an evaluation process that encompasses the effectiveness and impact of Kingston upon Hull’s UKSPF programme as a whole, including not just performance against targets, but also participant feedback, project deliverer feedback, governance and community engagement. The Services are to commence 15th August 2024, end date 30th June 2025. Further information is contained within the Scope. Please ensure all Tender submission documents are completed as detailed. Incomplete bids will be eliminated from further process.
