Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of an Urban Park and Pump trail to facilitate skating, skateboarding, BMX and other associated leisure wheeled activities in Dunleath Park, Downpatrick. The site is situated between Thomas Russell Park and the Cinema complex on a green field site. Council have appointed Consultants to manage the process on its behalf and a suitably experienced and competent Contractor will be appointed to complete the Works on site. In order to apply for this project you must be registered on the CPD Dynamic Shortlisting system – CIVIL. Refer to Contract Notice for categories.
