Tender description
Work to the front and rear of the property to include: Removal of the existing cladding and timber framework Removal of existing doors and windows Altering and adapting the raft apron Trench fill under underpinning between cross walls to be carried out by CPBC nominated underpinning company. Forming a cavity wall comprising of an outer skin of brickwork and an inner skin in timber cladding with insulation in fill Supply and installing lintel’s as per drawing No Installation of new PVC doors and windows by CPBC nominated window installer.Removal of all ceilings throughout the property by CPBC nominated Asbestos removal company.
