Tender description
North Lanarkshire Council (the Council) has a requirement to deliver the new build social housing programme and has an approved programme to deliver 5000 new council homes for rent by 2035. Lot 1: The Council needs a contractor to develop new build housing at School Street, Coatbridge that is an established residential area close to commercial areas and brownfield in nature and but currently an unused open space. This site is intended to provide 127 new build properties.
