The engagement of a delivery partner organisation to work with NSS to accelerate the delivery and increase the capacity and capability of the Security Operations Centre (SOC). Lot 1: The engagement of a delivery partner organisation to work with NSS to accelerate the delivery and increase the capacity and capability of the Security Operations Centre (SOC). This includes an acceleration without bias and to fill skill gaps and availability within the internal teams and the Boards. External augmentation resource will be required to support delivery of the programme. The successful partner will be familiar with the programme scope, can de-risk the programme and work hand in hand with the NSS team in delivering the required business services and process transformation perspective. The Design and Delivery Partner will work alongside the NHS programme team to support the service design and transformational changes needed prior to the implementation of the new technology solution..
