B714 Final Business Case (FBC)

Tender description

In June 2021, North Ayrshire Council (NAC) submitted a bid to the UK Government’s Levelling Up Fund (LUF) to apply for funding towards the upgrade of the B714 between the A737 at Dalry and the A78 at the Sharphill Roundabout. Systra Limited supported NAC in authoring the LUF application and conducting the appraisal of the B714 upgrade scheme. This included development of an Outline Business Case (OBC) which has been approved. This was awarded as a direct award to Systra Limited from Scotland Excel Engineering and Technical Consultancy Framework (08-20) Lot 2 (Transportation and Traffic).
