Tender description
The supply of future affordable housing in Luton is a critical issue for the local authority. Luton Council is therefore seeking to accelerate the delivery of affordable homes, with a target of at least 400 homes over five years. Our greatest need is for family sized, social rented homes. The Council is seeking to establish a formal partnership arrangement to increase affordable housing delivery, ideally with a single established Registered Provider of Social Housing (RP). Luton council would like to provide you the opportunity to take part in a Soft Market Testing exercise regarding this potential future opportunity that may be of interest to you Please note this is an informal/fact finding process to help us understand the current market and to enable/guide us to draft a specification. This is not a call for competition or indeed any form of tender. Keywords: Development, Provider, Housing, Construction, Building
