You are invited to submit a tender for the replacement of a sports pitch at St. Cenydd Community School.The scope of the project is fully described in the ITT and associated documents but in summary the scope is:Design & Build of an all-weather 3G Sports Pitch to include:The entire removal of an existing sports pitch and associated components.Enabling works to achieve access for construction traffic, re-instated upon completion.Drainage works to meet SAB requirements.Re-profiling of ground to suit new pitch layout.Flood lighting.Various types of fencing, gates and barriers.Various types of surfaces & boundary treatments.Team shelters.Discharge of planning conditions.Discharge of conditions attached to SAB approvalTesting of 3G pitchA 12 months maintenance periodITT to be read in strict accordance with the preliminaries.Contract period 18 weeks for completion by the end of March 2025NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=144831. The password Must be between 6 and 50 characters in length. It must contain at least 2 number(s). Once completed select ‘Complete Registration’ and you will enter the Supplier Home page;11. From the Home Page, go to the ‘Opportunities’ icon, all current opportunities will be listed.Click on the blue arrow under the field ‘Show Me’ of the relevant opportunity then click to register your interest on the applicable button;12. Refresh your screen by clicking on the opportunities icon located on the left hand side, to view the opportunity click the blue arrow;13. Note the closing date for completion of the relevant project.
