Tender description

To procure the services of an Oracle approved System Implementer that will provide ongoing support, maintenance, implementation of new modules, configuration & customisation of existing modules, consulting, and analytics capability for the UKHSA MaPS system. 1) The ongoing ‘support’ element of MaPS. This would include: Support of fixes and issues Support to allow further optimisation of the current system functionality, Support of the quarterly patch releases 2) Regular (twice yearly) horizon scanning assistance to consider future Oracle Fusion development 3) The development and implementation of new functionality and additional Oracle fusion modules.
