Tender description

The purpose of this questionnaire is to gain intelligence on the supply market for Swindon Borough Council’s requirements, including information that will help define the most appropriate structure, plan and budget for any potential competitive procurement exercise. The intention, currently, is for Swindon Borough Council to own to the property(ies) with a view to appointing a provider who can deliver the service which will prioritise Swindon children and provide sufficiency within the Borough.
