Essential maintenance works to the main block at Ards Hospital including, but not limited to removing the existing roof covering and replacing with new, insulation upgrades, fire compartmentation works, new rainwater goods, electrical installations, providing maintenance access within the roof void. In order to apply for this project you must be registered on the CPD Dynamic Shortlisting system – BUILDING. Refer to Contract Notice for categories.
