Tender description
Shetland Islands Council propose to carry out a small indoor/outdoor area extension of 14m2. The construction of the extension will be traditional timber frame with larch cladding to walls and a polycarbonate glazed roof. Works will also include the removal of an existing window and the fitting of two new external patio doors in the extension. Lot 1: The type of contract to be awarded is a Works contract. The procedure being followed is a Restricted procedure.
