Tender description

NIE Networks intends, following the process outlined in the Invitation to Tender, to award a number of Framework Agreements to the most economically advantageous Economic Operators for the provision of Recruitment Agency Services, across a number of Lots as detailed below. • Lot 1 - Provision of general temporary staff on an ad-hoc basis to fill short and medium term temporary positions (1 Recruitment Agency) • Lot 2 - Provision of specialist resources on an ad-hoc basis to fill vacancies arising (A panel of up to 10 Recruitment Agencies) • Lot 3 – Provision of executive search on an ad-hoc basis for senior management / executive positions (A panel of not less than one and up to 4 Recruitment Agencies) • Lot 4 – Provision of assistance with advertising and shortlisting of roles on an ad-hoc basis (A panel of not less than one and up to 4 Recruitment Agencies) Lot 1: Lot 1 - Temporary Staff NIE Networks intends to place a panel of one organisation on framework agreements for this Lot 1. This Lot is for provision of general temporary staff on an ad-hoc basis to fill short and medium term temporary positions (1 Recruitment Agency) The framework for this lot will be awarded for a period of 5 years, with the option to extend for up to a further 3 year each. This is a possible 8 years in total. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Provision of specialist resources NIE Networks intends to place a panel of up to four organisations on framework agreements for this Lot 2. This Lot is for the Provision of specialist resources on an ad-hoc basis to fill vacancies arising (A panel of up to 10 Recruitment Agencies) The Framework Agreement will be for a period of five (5) years with an option to extend by a further optional periods of three (3) years, with a total potential duration of eight (8) years Lot 3: Lot 3 - Executive Search This Lot is for the provision of executive search on an ad-hoc basis for senior management / executive positions. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of five (5) years with an option to extend by a further optional periods of three (3) years, with a total potential duration of eight (8) years It is anticipated that the four most economically advantageous Economic Operators will be awarded a place on the framework and enter into Framework Agreements for this Lot. Lot 4: Lot 4 – Advertising and Shortlisting Service This Lot is concerned with Provision of assistance with advertising and shortlisting of roles on an ad-hoc basis (A panel of not less than one and up to 4 Recruitment Agencies). It is anticipated that the four most economically advantageous Economic Operators will be awarded a place on the framework and enter into Framework Agreements for this Lot.
