RAD133 - REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AT FAIRHOLME BELFAST

Tender description

Radius Homes Ltd. proposes a construction contract for the redevelopment of an existing residential, supported housing scheme, owned by Radius Housing and managed by the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, for tenants over 65 with additional support requirements. Works are required to refurbish and alter the building layout to reduce the 40 individual bedrooms with communal living facilities to 30 self-contained units with individual kitchen/ living facilities. Additional works include the provision of a 4-bay scooter store, additional external hard standing and parking, re-organized office and communal spaces throughout the building and the replacement of roof coverings.
