Tender description

The Trust had a requirement for The Provision of Measured Term Building Works at University Hospital Lewisham, Community Sites and Queen Elizabeth Hospital (retained site only) Lot 1: Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust had a requirement for the Provision of<br/>Measured Term Building Works (MTC) at University Hospital Lewisham, Community<br/>Sites and Queen Elizabeth Hospital (retained site only), and would be<br/>commissioned as and when they are required over the contract term. It is probable<br/>that some works would be commissioned close to the contract expiry date. In these<br/>circumstances that/ those project/ s will continue to completion.<br/>The successful bidder would be the Principal Contractor who managed the whole of<br/>the works in compliance with the requirements of the Construction (Design and<br/>Management)<br/>Regulations 2015, insofar as they are applicable to the works.<br/>The successful bidder had to acquainted and satisfied themselves with all<br/>conditions likely to affect the execution of any of the works, including the types,<br/>construction, and location of the existing buildings.<br/>The successful bidder had to provide an on-site "User / Operational Estates co-<br/>ordinator" whose role would be to agree access with Operational Estates / Users for<br/>the building works.
