Provision of ICT Support Services on behalf of the Digital Hub Development Agency (DHDA)

Tender description

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information from the market regarding the levels of capacity, capability, experience and scope of Service Providers within the ICT Support Services marketplace. Information gained from this RFI will assist the DHDA to inform the strategy and scope of a potential future tender process for the management of the Services. In the event that the responses from the marketplace to this RFI reasonably demonstrates to the DHDA that there are Service Providers that have the capability, experience and capacity to deliver the specified service requirement, then the DHDA intend to award any future contract by way of a public tender competition.
