Provision Of CIPS Training

Tender description

The Procurement team has a number of staff members at varying levels of Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) qualifications, who require to complete existing levels, and also to commence new Levels. A training provider is sought to deliver training either in person or via MS Teams, to individuals or small groups. Lot 1: South Lanarkshire Council is seeking expressions of interest and engagement with potential bidders for a CIPS training provider. The service will be delivered to staff members within the Procurement team for the purposes of achieving a range of CIPS qualifications. This will involve delivery of training to a number of staff members, from CIPS 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply, through to CIPS Level 6 Professional Diploma. The Council is anticipating carrying out a procurement process, publishing the Invitation to Tender during late 2024. It is anticipated the contract will be awarded for 2-3 years with an optional extension of up to a further 2 years.. A market engagement questionnaire is attached to this notice for completion. It is requested that the completed questionnaires be sent to Adam Tierney by email (email address is on the questionnaire) no later than Friday, 04 October 2024.
