North Lanarkshire Council (the "Council") propose to establish a contract for North Lanarkshire Homes First Flexible Support. . The approach to this procurement is in accordance with Regulation 74 (Social and Other Specific Services). Lot 1: This procurement is to secure a sole Contractor who will support the Contracting Body to fulfil its requirement to deliver a Homes First service in North Lanarkshire as part of the Scottish Governments wider Rapid Rehousing Transition Plan (RRTP). . Duration: 01/02/2025 until 31/01/2027 with additional 1 year option until 31/01/2028 (24 months plus 12 month extension option). . Budget: The maximum budget for this project is 878,631.60 GBP (excluding VAT), subject to external funding being provided for year 3. .
