About the tender: Luton, Central Bedfordshire, Bedford, and Hertfordshire Councils are working together to produce an Approved Provider List (APL) of Independent Fostering Agencies (IFA’s) in order to commission placements for Children and Young People. Providers on the APL will work with the Partner Authorities to achieve positive outcomes for the Child/Young Person. The overarching objectives of the Apl are to ensure that safe, suitable, needs-led fostering placements can be made within appropriate timescales and to ensure the Child’s voice and their welfare, safety and needs are at the centre of the fostering process.
