Consultancy Services for assessing and quantifying the market supply and demand for scaling finance in Ireland.

Tender description

The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment wishes to appoint a suitably qualified consultant with significant capability and expertise in economic analysis techniques and knowledge of Ireland’s equity market. The appointed consultant will be required to deliver a comprehensive, evidence-based research, quantitative report. The report should determine, define and quantify the market supply gaps and suboptimal investment situations described in the report of the findings of the Finance for Scale-ups Working Group. The analysis will inform the implementation of the recommendations presented by the report in particular in relation to the introduction of a suite of Government-backed scaling instruments. The objective of the assessment is to produce a full report setting out and providing detailed contextual information on the quantitative findings of the analysis in Q2 2025.
