BT143 - Governance training (neighbourhood forums)

Tender description

Westminster City Council identified the need for improving governance of the forums and increasing diversity. Currently, the Forum's do not reflect the demographics of the city with a particular lack of Global Majority representation from Black, Asian, dual heritage and people of colour. Forums have also raised challenges with governance and recruitment of committee members. The council is therefore awarded a suitable organisation a contract to pilot a three month programme of training and capacity building to support neighbourhood forums improve the governance and diversity of their committees.
