Bin Chute Inspection, Servicing, Repairs and Maintenance

Thirteen Group are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified bin cleaning, bin chute cleaning and bin chute maintenance company. The duties will be inclusive of bin room deep clean; paladin bin deep clean; smoke testing of bin chute; bin chute clean; fusible link activated fire closure plate inspection and servicing. These duties (where applicable) will be undertaken annually at the following 18 multi-occupancy Thirteen properties across the Tees Valley and our newly obtained premises in Hull Lot 1: Thirteen Group are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified bin cleaning, bin chute cleaning and bin chute maintenance company.
