Aberystwyth Arts Centre Gallery 1 Refurbishment Project

Aberystwyth University wishes to appoint a suitably experienced main contractor to undertake the planned refurbishment of their Gallery 1 space within the Aberystwyth Arts Centre, located within their Penglais Campus in Aberystwyth.The works comprise refurbishment of existing internal gallery space, including new and extended finishes, replacement internal mechanical and electrical services and provision of a new upgraded humidifier to the existing external AHU to enable provision and monitoring of required environmental conditions.Works include for the provision of Contractor Design Portion (CDP) elements in respect of all mechanical and electrical services and also for proposed floor refurbishment.Works are set out within tender documents, including specificatons and drawings prepared by the University's architect and consultant services engineer.Works will be awarded under a JCT Minor Works Contract with Contractor's Design (2024 edition)NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=144524.
