The service is an online mental health and emotional wellbeing service available to Children and Young People (CYP) aged 10-18 which is accessible 24/7 365 days a year. It offers discussion forums, articles and access to text based chat sessions with accredited counsellors and qualified emotional wellbeing practitioners. All chat sessions take place on the Kooth website and can last up to an hour. Lot 1: The Contract Authority; NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board intends to award a contract to an existing provider following Direct Award Process C. The authority is publishing this notice in Find a Tender in accordance with the NHS Provider Selection Regime.
