Tender description

Walsall Council are seeking to procure a single provider to design and deliver the implementation of 4 Play Area refurbishments across the Walsall Borough. The council have identified the following 4 sites for this project: - Poplar Avenue - Pelsall Nest Common - The Lea - Vigo Park The works associated with this project will include but not be limited to the following elements: - The design of the sites - Procurement of play equipment - Removal of existing equipment identified. - Refurbishment of existing equipment identified. - Preliminary works - Installation of play equipment on 3 or the 4 sites (excludes Pelsall Nest Common) - Post installation considerations Whilst the general requirements apply to all of the 4 play areas, The Design - specifically 'Play Value' & 'Design Layout' will be evaluated separately on Poplar Avenue, Vigo Park & The Lea. (Pelsall Nest Common is excluded as it comprises refurbishment of existing equipment only)
