Tender description

Torbay Council are aiming to procure a principal contractor to carry out a lighting refurbishment project at one of its office premises. The project is partially funded by Salix and there is a deadline for works to be completed by 31st March 2025. The offices will be occupied for the duration of the works and therefore working arrangements will need to be arranged to cause minimum disruption. The project entails the replacement of all lighting in Tor Hill House with Low energy bulbs, replacing circa 500 light fittings and introducing circa 32 lighting control modules.
