Crown Commercial Services - RM6177 National Fuels 2 - Lot 110 Lot 1: Mini-Competition for the provision of Liquid fuel (regional) for Oxford Direct Services Limited - RM6177 National Fuels 2 - Lot 110 - ODSL00010 Quotations were invited by Oxford Direct Services Limited (ODS) in respect of the above requirement. The successful Supplier will be responsible for providing this requirement, liaising closely with our Senior Compliance Manager (FM, Waste and Fleet). This Contract will be let for an initial period of 2 Years intended to commence 01 October 2024 with the option by a further period of 1 year up to a maximum term of 3 years As a minimum, we expected potential Suppliers to respond with market leading pricing structures which reflect the scope of the commercial opportunities we offer. Additionally, wherever there is an opportunity for a sustainable solution, suppliers are strongly encouraged to offer such solutions where permitted within the scope of the individual contract requirements. Statement of requirement Oxford Direct Services (ODS) is seeking a suitably experienced contractor for the supply liquid fuels suitable for use across the ODS Fleet. • Diesel • AdBlue Our Motor Transport team is responsible for servicing and repair of the ODS fleet including HGVs, LCV's, vans, cars and specialist agricultural vehicles. The team are based at our Cowley Marsh Depot (OX4 2HH). Services are required at two of our depots in Oxford. • Cowley Marsh Depot, Marsh Road, Oxford, OX4 2HH • Cutteslowe Park, Harbord Road, Oxford, OX2 8ES The principal aim of the procurement process is to deliver both financial and efficiency benefits via call off contract(s) and as such ODS cannot guarantee volumes and/or values of work.
