General Scope of Work • Provide all relevant Health and Safety documentation as licensed asbestos removal contractors • Provide supervision for the work • Supply trained operatives • Supply welfare facilities for Jackson Environmental site personnel • Supply power and water for the work • Supply specialist plant, equipment and materials • Carry out the work in one site visit during normal working hours • Carry out the work under semi controlled asbestos conditions • Dispose of the asbestos waste at a licensed disposal facility in accordance with the Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005 • Dispose of general waste and debris arising from the works at licensed landfill or recycling sites Scope of Work We have allowed within our quotation to carry out a risk reduction environmental clean of 2 Nr specified corridor areas in Block 1: Ground floor o Remove double corridor doors with broken glass o Remove general rubbish and debris for the corridors o Remove carpet o Carry out a risk reduction environmental clean: floors, edges and ledges will be cleaned using H Type vacuum cleaner o Board over 4 Nr classroom doors o Board over exposed areas of floor ducts First floor o Remove general rubbish and debris for the corridors o Carry out a risk reduction environmental clean: floors, edges and ledges will be cleaned using H Type vacuum cleaner
