Market Engagement - Arle Court Transport Hub Café Concessionaire Contract

Tender description

The county council is seeking a concessionaire to fit out and operate the contract on a long term basis. The contract will run for a period of 10 years with a 5 year option to extend the arrangement giving a total contract length of 15 years, including the extension option. The café consists of a food preparation/storeroom and a customer serving area. The appointed concessionary will be required to fully fit out the café facility at their own cost . The council shall be providing white rock for the concessionaire to fit. The operating hours of the Arle Court Transport Hub are from 07.00-1900 Monday to Saturday. The Hub will also open on sponsored Event Days on some Sundays. Parties interested in the attending the Supplier Day must complete questionnaires by the 12pm 23 September, however updated questionnaires may be re-submitted post Supplier Day, by Monday 12pm, 30 September 2024. Interested business’ who cannot attend the Supplier Day, are also welcomed by GCC to submit the completed questionnaire by Monday 12pm 30 September 2024. The council will invite responding participants to a supplier day at Arle Court Transport Hub on 26 September 2024.
