daa is seeking to gather information with regards to Passenger Assistance / PRM Services. Subject to the findings of this market engagement questionnaire, daa will run a competitive procurement process to put an official contract in place with a successful Tenderer. As part of this process, daa wishes to undertake market research to identify current market capabilities, cost factors and general market dynamics. Passenger assistance / PRM services is the support or help that facilitates the safe transfer of reduced mobility passengers and passengers with specific needs through the airport from their point of arrival at the airport to their point of departure from the airport.
