Swansea Council intends to the purpose of the regeneration scheme is to carry out works to upgrade Thermal Value to 38No. Council owned properties at Llwyn Bedw, Llwyn Celyn, Llwyn Derw, Llwyn Eithen and Llwyn On, Fforestfach together with provision of Photovoltaic and battery Storage system along with works to the gardens including drying facilities.To comply with current WHQS, works will include the application of insulated render system, re-roofing, window and door renewal, renewing rainwater goods, provision of photovoltaic and battery storage system.
