Tender description

This was a direct award to Vaisala Ltd for Data management , Manager module and Maintenance for Cambridgeshire County Council under PCR Regulation 32 (negotiation without prior publication), specifically Regulation 32 (1)(b)(ii) - competition is absent for technical reasons. The Authority shall be observing a 10-day standstill period from the date of publication of this notice (4th September 2024), concluding at midnight on 16th September, Assuming no substantive challenge during this period the Authority will then enter into a contract with the provider for a period of 5 years.
