WCC - Supply of 100% Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil Fuel

Warwickshire County Council are seeking to procure the provision of 100% unblended Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) that meets European and International Standards for diesel fuel - EN 15940 for a pilot project for the period of 6-7 months. All suppliers require a guaranteed, secure supply of HVO fuel and a fuel bunkering service. The Supplier will provide HVO fuel in delivery drops of approximately 1,200 litres* to Lower House Ln, Atherstone CV9 2QA at an agreed frequency or more frequently if fuel usage rate increases. *WCC reserves the right to amend the delivery volume in agreement with the supplier. The delivery frequency is expected to be approximately every two weeks. The duration is expected to last for approximately 6 months but is not guaranteed. The Supplier will provide the first delivery of fuel at a pre-agreed date to coincide with fuel tank cleaning, a new fuel monitoring installation and calibration of the fuel monitoring equipment. Additional information: Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (In-Tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
