Tender description

The project is to refurbish the existing security lodge at the main entrance to the University on the Singleton Campus, SwanseaThe work comprises re-modelling works to the existing cabin. Construction to allow for part demolitions works, structural changes to the building frame, new roof structure and covering, new cladding, glazing and entrance door. Internally new partitioning, floor, wall and ceiling finishes along with M&E installations and fit-out works. New paving and landscaping externally.
