***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** UKSBS have a requirement to purchase a social media analytics tool that enables a single view of social media channels (and possibly other digital channels). To provide a single analytics view of the performance of our digital channels and content published on them. The detail needed is referrals, followers, impressions, engagements, actions, view of all posts and comments on those posts. This will enable the Comms team to understand the performance of the channel and content.
