Refurbishment of the Acute Psychiatric Unit at Tallaght University Hospital, Tallaght, Dublin 24, D24 NROA

Tender description

Refurbishment of bedrooms, patient rooms, staff rooms, reception area, administration rooms, stores and support rooms to provide anti ligature joinery, fixtures and fittings with new wall, floor and ceiling finishes, replacement of existing windows with new anti ligature units, new general joinery, new mechanical and electrical services and works to the external courtyards with an approximate area of 1180m2. All Works will be carried out in multiple phases in a sequential manner incorporating different areas of the Psychiatric ward within each phase. It is anticipated that the project will consist of approximately 5 phases. Each phase will include a maximum of one multi bed room and the Works must maintain patient and staff access and services to all other rooms not included within the phase.
