DCMS requires a supplier to conduct the UK’s National Anti-Doping Panel (NADP). The NADP is an independent panel of legal and non-legal members established to determine anti-doping disputes in sport in the United Kingdom. The NADP is an independent panel of legal and non-legal members established to determine anti-doping disputes in sport in the United Kingdom. The role and responsibility of the NADP is to make its President and/ or one or more of its members (as set out in the NADP Procedural Rules) available to hear and determine charges brought against Athletes and/ or Athlete Support Personnel alleging violation of the UK Anti-Doping Rules, as well as any related applications and/ or appeals. <br/><br/>The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to:<br/>• Provide advance notice that the Authority is to consider undertaking a re-tendering exercise for the conduct of the NADP<br/>• Understand the market interest in this procurement<br/>• Receive feedback on the Early Market Engagement (EME) questions <br/><br/>To access and respond to the Early Market Engagement questions please follow these steps:<br/><br/>1. Log in to the supplier portal at http://dcms.my.site.com/ <br/>2. Locate the opportunity using in the 'Opportunities' or 'My Proposals and Quotes' sections<br/>3. Download the EME for review<br/>4. Click 'Accept' if you wish to respond<br/>5. Upload any response before the deadline<br/><br/>If you cannot see the opportunity after following the above, please contact support@atamis.co.uk who are able to assist with any project access issues or any log-in/ registration issues. Additional information: Participation in this Early Market Engagement is entirely voluntary and will not affect the ability of any interested party to express and interest in response to any subsequent call for competition. Further, any participation will: (i) Not in itself constitute a formal expression of interest for the purposes of any subsequent procurement; and (ii) Will also be at the tenderer's own expense.
