The Commissioner for Victims of Crime (CVOC) is seeking to appoint a contractor to further examine the experiences of children as well as adult victims of domestic abuse involved in private law proceedings. Private law is being particularly focused on due to budget and time limitations of the project, however it is recognised that final recommendations may be equally as application in the public law sphere.
