High quality care and support services are dependent upon having a highly skilled and valued workforce in place. Halton Borough Council (HBC) are looking for someone with the skills and experience in workforce planning & development to work collaborative across the Adult Social Care (ASC) system in Halton – in house services, commissioned providers and community-based services, along with organisations such as Skills for Care, Department for Work & Pensions, local schools and colleges, to develop a local ASC Workforce Strategy.
