Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB) are seeking Expressions of Interest from Community Pharmacies who are willing be commissioned to open on the 3 following days: Wednesday 25th December 2024, Thursday 26th December 2024 and Wednesday 1st January in Norfolk and Waveney. There is a £1000 payment which is based on 4 hours of opening. This form will close at 18:00 on 14th September 2024 and no further request will be considered after this date. Please note even if you have completed a previous Expression of Interest for bank holiday opening you MUST complete this form in order to be considered for this additional bank holiday commissioning.
