Tender description

The current lease at Scotland House London is due to expire in November 2026 and, in order to comply with the Scottish Public Finance Manual, Scottish Ministers are seeking to appoint a firm of suitably qualified independent Chartered Surveyors to undertake market research and lead formal discussions for securing suitable office premises for their requirements for the next 24-36 months.Further information provided in the attached Invitation to Tender document.
