Tender description

This Procurement is for the proposed works to Cardiff Universities Arts and Social Studies Library (CU ASSL). The works form part of a refurbishment programme that seek to make improvements to the buildings fabric & services within to extend its serviceable life while seeking to improve the overall student experience. The works divided into principally 4 packages as summarised below:-Internal decoration and flooring works to the first and second floor areas including plastering works to specific areas.Internal decoration, floor works and replacement of ceiling grids to the stair cores to all floors and areas.Replacement of the existing Building Energy Management System (BEMS) and Mechanical and electrical controls and associated mechanical and electrical works including:Cold water tank replacementsUpdate main plant control panelReplacement of selected electrical distribution boardsNew external lightingExternal hard landscaping and access path works.
