Tender description

This notice is to advise that Fife Council intends to contract with Robertson Construction Group to design and build 20 new homes Lot 1: Fife Council is in the process of delivering new Affordable Housing for social rent throughout Fife and these new properties form part of that delivery programme. The proposal to award the contract for Phase 2B (20 Units) to Robertsons is as per a variation/modification of the original contact awarded to Robertsons for Phase 2a. (This site is of near proximity (across the road) from Phase 2A).
