Your Housing Group (YHG) are seeking suitably qualified and experienced service providers to support their in house service for the completion of repairs, maintenance, minor works and disrepair works to properties and works to void properties across a wide geographical area including Staffordshire and the North West. The Framework Agreement is split into 10 Lots with some providing specialist repairs and maintenance services. YHG will be holding two Meet the Buyer Events relating to this procurement exercise, Friday 8th March in Warrington and Monday 11th March in Leek. Lot 1: Lot 1 - North - Manchester, Preston, Lancs, Blackpool areas Completion of repairs, maintenance, minor works and disrepair works to properties and works to void properties Lot 2: Lot 2 - South - Liverpool, St Helens, Warrington, Cheshire areas Completion of repairs, maintenance, minor works and disrepair works to properties and works to void properties Lot 3: Lot 3 - Staffordshire Completion of repairs, maintenance, minor works and disrepair works to properties and works to void properties Lot 4: Lot 4 - Drainage - Surveys & Jetting & Repairs Completion of surveys, jetting and minor repairs to drainage Lot 5: Lot 5 - Drainage - Major Repairs Completion of major drainage repairs and replacements Lot 6: Lot 6 – Property Clearance and Clean Internal and External property clearance and cleaning services. Lot 7: Lot 7 – Environmental Clean Internal and external environmental cleans including needles, hazardous materials. Lot 8: Lot 8 – Locksmiths and Ironmongery Repair and replacement of locks and locking mechanisms Lot 9: Lot 9 – Damp and Mould Specialists Provision of specialist damp and mould services including survey, remediation and installation of specialist ventilation equipment Lot 10: Lot 10 – Aids and Adaptation Repairs Completion of repairs and maintenance to specialist adaptations within properties such as adapted toilets, hoists etc.
