This brief seeks to engage the services of consultants to prepare the following documents for the following Lots: 1. Evaluation Plan; 2. Community Heritage Activity Plan and Audience Development Lot 1: Evaluation Plan This is a two-stage commission. Phase 1 is to produce a comprehensive and fully costed Evaluation Plan, prepare a Socio-Economic Impact Assessment, and collect baseline data to support a Stage 2 bid to Historic Environment Scotland (HES) and the National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) in November 2024. Phase 2 is subject to a successful bid to the funders. The consultant will support the project team to implement the Evaluation Plan during the Delivery Phase, and will carry out independent evaluation reviews at key stages and at project completion in 2030. Lot 2: Community Heritage Activity Plan and Audience Development The aim of this component is for the consultant to design and deliver innovative community heritage engagement activities during the Development Phase and prepare a detailed activity plan for the Delivery Phase to support applications to HES & NLHF.
