Tender description

The University of Essex is seeking tenders for a project to refurbish room ESA 1.17. This project is a storeroom conversion for use as a tactics/coaching room. The space will be occupied by 18-25 member of staff and student populations to discuss team tactics. The space requires mechanical ventilation and heating/cooling; décor; flooring and a new door.
