Provision of Graphpad Prism Licences

Tender description

The University of Southampton ("University") wishes to procure Graphpad Prism Licences ("Goods/Services") to meet its requirements. The University has approached Academia ("Supplier") to obtain a quotation for the Goods/Services between the dates of 1 September 2025 and 31 August 2025. Supplier is listed as #1 ranked supplier on the SUPC Software Licence Resellers Agreement (SLRA) Lot 4 - Other. On the basis of the Supplier's response to the request of the Customer and the Suppliers ranking on the Framework the Customer selected the Supplier as its supplier. The Parties have agreed to contract with each other in accordance with the SUPC Software Licence Resellers Agreement; Lot 4 -Other and the conditions set out in this Contract.
