Choice has over 450 landlord electricity supplies across Northern Ireland with around 5 different electricity tariffs. Choice's current contractual arrangement expires on 1st August 2024. The Association is seeking to secure the most competitive price and will consider a range of options, including fixed and variable prices, and one and two year timeframes for the new contract terms. Electricity charges are typically passed onto tenants through their service charges and therefore Choice seeks to ensure that it is achieving value for money via undertaking a competitive tender exercise.
