Tender description

This tender is for works at Cae Perllan allotments to include vegetation clearance, road and car park resurfacing, the creation of a rainwater capture pond and the installation of new pallisade fencing.Cae Perllan allotment site is situated off Cae Perllan Road in the Gaer Ward. It is the only site left where we have the opportunity to create additional plots through the removal of vegetation. 3-4 decades ago, Cae Perllan allotment had 120 plots on site many of which were lost over the years to vegetation encroachment. The site currently has approx. 80 plots occupied.This project is designed to bring those plots back into use following years of neglect.please refer to ITT Volume 3 - Specification for further information within e-Tender Wales.
